Comission progress!

This is another commission that's being done for extended family. I just wanted to post my progress. It's coming along nicely. It's Acrylic on Canvas board. I combined two old photographs together so it would look like both people were in the same place. They are husband and wife. I'm excited about finishing this one. I can't wait to see how it's going to look. Enjoy!

Some Art

I just wanted to post some art for you to see. It's about time I do so! I used different techniques and styles, but I tried to capture each person in a certain way and I feel I was successful. The "Mulder" painting is done in Watercolor. The horse painting was a Commissioned piece. It's fairly large (40by60in) and was the first time I'd worked in Acrylic on such a large scale. The man with the Rifle was also a commission and is also Acrylic on Canvas.

I'm ready for lots more work. That's where you (the reader) come in. I'm always eager to create something for someone that they can cherish forever.

Once upon a....

This is a little taste of my Children's Story. The story is still very much in progress. The main character is named Vera and she is 10 years old. What strange adventures will she partake in? What did she lose and now must find? What lessons does she learn? Stay tuned...
