Cupcake logo

I'm working on a logo for my future (here's hoping) Cupcake business. It's far from done, but I wanted to post the progress anyway. I got inspired working on the coffee logo and decided to do it in Illustrator as well. Fun program.
You can't see it yet, but she's holding a tray of cupcakes. She may also have a cupcake hat.

They haven't critiqued it yet, but here is the progress for now. It was done in Illustrator. I haven't worked in this program in a long time. I rather enjoyed it. Enjoy!

and the winner is....

One I didn't even post! I added to the watch and gave them three more options and they chose this one. So hopefully after it is shown to the committee, it will be approved and printed out on the invitations/etc. So until further notice, the new Sierra View District Hospital Logo for their Gala in September (with the theme: A Moment in Time) is....

Squid lady

Here's a progress shot of what I worked on today. It will be completed tomorrow. I plan on sending this piece to San Fran as well for the ModernEden Gallery Show. I think it's a fun piece. I enjoy the graphic nature of it. It's Acrylic on paper. Enjoy!
